    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • Be in the original packaging

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

    • Intimate or sanitary goods

    • Hazardous materials

    • Flammable liquids or gases

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Certain health and personal care items

    A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Partial Refunds (if applicable)

    Partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Books with obvious signs of use

    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

    • Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error)

    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

    Late or missing refunds:

    • First check your bank account again

    • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund is officially posted)

    • Next contact your bank (processing times can vary)

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


    Exchanges

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

    Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

    • If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

    • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

    • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    • If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
